Orders are generally shipped on the following business day, after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Refund or exchange must be made within 15 days after receiving an item. Buyers must pay for return shipping. Shipping is not refundable. All return or exchange must be received in original condition as it was received.
Custom orders are final sale, no refund or exchange.
USPS or UPS To US addresses: Shipping cost for chairs are indicated for the lower 48 states. AK and Hi orders will be quoted separate. All items shipped fully insured after cleared payment. Tracking info will be emailed on the day of shipping.
To International addresses: Posted shipping charges are for First Class Air Mail which service does not include tracking number or insurance. First Class Mail normally takes about 2-3 weeks but we experienced a few times little over 5 weeks. Tracking and insurance available only with Express Mail Service (EMS) for $35.-, please let us know if you would like to have this service.
Customs fees if any are not included in the shipping and it is the responsibility of the receiver.
We securely package all of our products to reduce the possibility of any damages during transit. If any damages occur during shipping please notify the shipping company and us.
